When the Crisis Ends, the Body May Still Be on High Alert
People may leave the high-alert, trauma, or chaotic circumstances, but their bodies may still feel the effects of its prolonged stress. It can be hard to settle, stay present, or engage even with the support that’s already available.
A Place to Reset, Everyday
A wellness resource for people so they can Reset. Simply and practically in about 20 minutes.
Our nervous systems are designed to respond to what is happening around us and to settle when we feel safe. After prolonged stress or a difficult event, that shift out of fight, flight, or freeze may not come easily.
A moment to place your bare feet can fit into many settings: before or after a therapy session, following a demanding call, at the start of a program, or even during a community gathering.
A session delivers gentle pulsed stimulation through the feet or hands. People describe different experiences. Some notice a deeper breath, a sense of calm or grounding, greater clarity, or more energy.
A Reset offers one more way to support the care and programs you already provide. Sometimes, it can have the care and programs land in a deeper and more fruitful way.
Reset. Regulation. Energy. Communication. Coordination. Repair.

Bring the Reset Experience In-House
The greatest opportunity is to have devices available where your organization already serves people.
They’re light and portable, so they can move between rooms and be used during a conversation, a meeting, or a quiet moment when someone needs a pause. Each person can choose whether to participate and move at their own pace.
I can introduce your team to the technology through a guided experience and help you consider where it fits.
From there, your organization can make it its own—deciding when devices are available, who helps people use them, and how they fit within your existing programs.
One Resource, Many Ways to Use It
-
Give the people doing demanding work access to a simple way to Reset during their day.
-
Offer an optional moment of quiet at the beginning of the day or as part of a regular wellness or therapy routine.
-
Make a device available during a counseling, coaching, or case-management conversation.
-
Introduce people to the experience and show them how the technology could fit into everyday life.
-
Increase mental capacity to manage and process the daily tasks or challenges.
Support Your Mission Financially
I learned during my corporate work with nonprofits that a promising program also has to make financial sense. Many organizations need sources of income or non-dues revenue to sustain the services their communities rely on, or to simply keep the lights on.
Alongside using devices as a resident, client, or employee benefit, we can explore whether an appropriate revenue opportunity fits your organization’s mission and policies. This isn’t an expense for your organization, this is an opportunity.
Start With an Introduction
Let’s talk about your setting, the people you serve, and what your team would need to use the devices with confidence. We can begin with an educational experience, then explore what having devices in-house could look like for your organization.
